Mr. Vanech is the firm’s Chief of Staff.  He assists the firm’s partners with developing and executing business strategies; oversees the firm’s operations management; and designs and implements human resources policies and procedures.  Before joining the firm, Mr. Vanech spent over 20 years in management, operational, business development and executive roles at in-house legal departments, law firms and legal service providers.
