Mr. Howell is associated with the firm, specializing in affordable housing development financing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions, commercial real estate acquisition, and public and private debt and equity financing. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Howell was an associate at Reno & Cavanaugh, PLLC, where he represented real estate developers and non-profit housing organizations in affordable housing development transactions using public and private debt and LIHTC equity financing.

Education: Graduated from The University of The South in 2002 with a B.A. in English, cum laude. Received J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2006. Member of The State Bar of Tennessee.
