Scott Rowland

Mr. Rowland is associated with the firm, specializing in affordable housing matters, including real estate development and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit financings.  Previously, Mr. Rowland practiced at an east coast firm focusing on low-income housing and commercial real estate development, renewable energy development, and related environmental and corporate law. Before practicing law, Mr. Rowland worked for a renewable energy firm developing and managing a portfolio of commercial energy systems. Mr. Rowland has also served as a legal intern for a state utility regulator.

Education: Graduated from Middlebury College in 2013 with a B.A. in Global Studies and an Economics Minor. Received J.D. from Vermont Law School in 2018.  Member of the State Bars of California and Vermont.
