Mr. Sukeforth is a partner in the firm, specializing in affordable housing finance and real estate matters.  He has represented developers, syndicators and lenders in numerous real estate development projects utilizing low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, renewable energy credits and other sources of private and public funding.  His practice has also included representing developers in a wide array of corporate and general real estate matters.

Education: Graduated from University of California at Davis in 2002, with a B.A. in Economics, with honors. Received J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2006.  Member of The State Bar of California.
